They have gone out of their way to help provide what is needed for us to stay at home safely. Nothing is ever too much to help us. We want to thank all the team at Rainbow, especially Danuta and Ula, for how they have helped improve our quality of living at home. The team who come and help us at home with the cleaning and gardening have become good friends and help us so much. When my husband was very ill, they offered suggestions to make things easier at home and implemented them for us. We would not be as happy and comfortable at home if it was not for Rainbow. The company and staff go above and beyond... read more to make sure that she is looked after and are always willing to tailor care to the client. My mother is not an easy client. Speaking no English and requiring very hands-on care, nothing is ever too difficult for the Rainbow team. They consistently meet us more than half way and there are not enough good things we can say about them. Their assistance has provided my mother a new source of support, socialisation and value to life as well as lifting a weight off the shoulders of the family. Mum is always so happy to see the carers that visit her and has such a wonderful time with them. Her mood improves as soon as they arrive. We have the highest trust and confidence in Danuta and her team. She is always available and ready to help. Overall we highly recommend Rainbow and are very grateful for their support.

We feel truly blessed that we found Rainbow Multicultural Aged Care to care for my Mother. For the past year Mum has been cared for, supported, and most importantly... read more loved by the wonderful ladies at Rainbow. Coming from a Croatian background, we were lucky enough to have a Croatian speaking carer for Mum. Apart from assisting Mum with showering, dressing, washing, cleaning, and attending medical appointments, Gordanna was also able to cook lovely meals for her. I often received photos from Gordanna of my Mum sitting at the table enjoying one of her homemade meals. It was such a relief to see my Mothers smiling face and knowing that she was being cared for. On Wednesdays, Rainbow has a social day at their Head Office in Maylands. Gordanna would pick up Mum and bring her there for a few hours of socializing. Here Mum enjoyed lunch, listened to music, and joined in with the singing and dancing. I would pop down during my lunch break to check in on Mum. All the staff were always friendly and happy, which was contagious and helped create a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone’s birthday is also celebrated at Rainbow. When it was Mum's birthday, she was gifted a beautiful orchid. It was priceless to see her so happy when everyone sang Happy Birthday to her. Sadly due to my Mothers dementia progressing, she has just needed to enter a Nursing Home. But that hasn’t ended our connection with Rainbow as we are now joining their community Visitors Scheme for Mum, so that while Mum is in her Nursing Home, she can still receive lovely visits from the ladies at Rainbow. We are so thankful for the exceptional and wonderful care that Rainbow has provided Mum. Mum always felt cared for and loved by them all. Danuta and all her staff are truly angels! Edward Alaga
